Procedures for registration into panels

Panel participants do not need to submit abstracts or provide information through the submission platform. The coordinator’s submission is sufficient for the researchers to be judged by the referees. However, these participants must register on the payment platform.

Starting today, a non-obligatory question will be on the payment platform to indicate panel participation. An example is in the following image.

Since this question is optional, those who do not participate in panels can choose not to answer it without affecting their registration.
